Notre Dame Health and Rehabilitation Center uses a multi-faceted approach utilizing intensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy geared toward providing the best possible outcome following stroke, brain trauma, seizures, and other neurologic conditions.
Under the direction of our Medical Director, our skilled team of medical and rehabilitation therapists evaluates each patient and formulates an individualized care plan focused on their personal goals and incorporating the latest combination of techniques to return patients to a maximal level of function as quickly as possible. Our program removes barriers to recovery and creates a supportive environment conducive to recovery.
State of the art equipment and techniques are used to encourage flexibility, range of motion, and mobility, while improving balance and coordination.
